Scuba Diving in Santorini

Volcano Dive Center is located in Kamari, right next to the “Dolphins Hotel”. Kamari is on the southeastern part of Santorini, approximately 8km away from Fira, the island’s capital. Kamari beach is covered with black volcanic pebbles and is the longest of the numerous beaches of Santorini, offering a wide range of accommodation, restaurants, cafes, bars and night clubs. Kamari beach has numerous beach bars with sun beds and umbrellas for visitors who want to relax and sunbathe by the beach.

The dive shop is located in the middle of the beach of Kamari, only 20m away from the sea, where our dive boats can be found.

The Island

The island of Santorini is probably the most intriguing island of Greece. The active volcano of Santorini erupted in the 50’s and it  is the only inhabited Caldera (volcano cauldron) in the world.   Santorini is also called Thira and its capital is the town of Fira.
